The project was completed in August 2020, and it's ready for immediate occupancy. The location is convenient, being close to NH 65 and the Old Mumbai Highway. I also checked that they have a Sewage Treatment Plant and a Fire Fighting System, which are important safety features. The internal roads and footpaths are well laid out. While the parking space is adequate, finding extra visitor parking can sometimes be a challenge during weekends.
