We were looking for a place close to CHIREC International School and CPR Sai Sadhan in Kondapur fit the bill perfectly. It is literally a one-minute walk which makes the morning rush so much easier. The project is ready to move in, which was a huge advantage for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. The area seems to be developing well, although the roads leading to the main highway aren't the widest. We checked out a few flats, and they seem reasonably spacious for a family. We are hoping the builder, CPR Constructions, maintains the property well.
