Finally upgraded from our rental place to Naidu Silpi Paradise. We wanted something ready to move in Kondapur, and this project by Naidu Constructions was a good find. The location is convenient for both of us to commute to work. We are close to the Raidurg Metro Station, which is helpful for reaching different parts of the city. The flat size is decent and feels much better than our old rental. My wife really likes the ventilation in the living room. The only downside is that some of the internal roads in the immediate vicinity are not the best, a bit dusty during dry weather. But we are happy with the purchase overall.
