Finding a comfortable and well-located flat in Hyderabad was my priority. Sri Smart in Kondapur, by srisairealto2012, seems like a good fit. I am looking for a 3 BHK. The location is excellent, being a short distance CHIREC International School and close to the Raidurg Metro Station. This makes commuting very easy. The project is ready to move in, which is a huge plus. My only reservation is about the actual size of the rooms within the 3 BHK configuration, as the area details are not available yet. I hope the rooms are not too cramped for a single peon.
