My parents value the proximity to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, which is very close. The project is ready to move, and Vedant Buildeassured them about the basic facilities. They have 24x7 water supply and a lift, which is important. The surrounding area is developing, and it's not too far from the Pune-Solapur Highway. The only concern I have is the lack of OC received, but they said it's in process. The landscaping and tree planting adds a nice touch to the complex.
