I recently purchased a flat in Sangaleji Imperial Height. I was looking for a 2 BHK, and the carpet area is quite good, around 8782 Sq.ft. The fact that it is ready to move in was a major deciding factor for me. The location in Hadapsar is decent, with the Kalyani Nagar Metro Station nearby, which will be useful once it's fully operational. The developer, Sangaleji Group, has provided basic amenities like car parking and landscaping. My only slight concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, it's a good value for the space offered.
