I purchased a 1 BHK here mostly for its ready-to-move status and the carpet area, which is around 414 square feet. It’s a decent size for a single peon. The location in Kad Nagar, Hadapsar, is reasonably connected. I liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The sewage treatment plant is a good addition too, shows they’re thinking about sustainability. My only concern is the approach road; it’s a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. The Pune-Solapur Highway is close by, which is convenient for travel. Overall, it felt like a solid decision considering the immediate availability.

While the price point wasn’t available to me, the location’s potential for rental income is promising, especially with Kalyani Nagar Metro Station nearby. It’s close to Noble Hospitals and Research Centre, which is very important for us at this stage of life. The only drawback is the parking situation, which can be a little congested if you have multiple vehicles. The general maintenance of the common areas appeato be adequate.
