We were looking for a modern flat in Pune and Ashtekar Leela Grandeur caught our eye. The 2 BHK configuration, with carpet areas ranging from 522 to 619 square feet, offegood space. We picked one for around 70 Lakhs. Being ready to move in simplifies things for us. The inclusion of a swimming pool and gymnasium are great for our lifestyle. The location near the Pune-Solapur Highway and close to The Lexicon School is very convenient for us. One thing to consider is the traffic on the Pune-Solapur road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. Ashtekar Constructions has provided a solid structure.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat which has a carpet area of about 619 square feet. The price was around 77 Lakhs, which I felt was reasonable for the amenities offered. I particularly appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, making the complex feel green. The 24/7 water supply is also a big plus. We chose Ashtekar Leela Grandeur primarily for its proximity to good schools. The Lexicon School is literally nearby, which is fantastic for our children. We purchased a 2 BHK flat, around 580 square feet carpet area, for about 72 Lakhs. The project was completed in December 2023 and is ready for immediate move-in. The community buildings and the gazebo are nice additions for family time. However, the parking area for closed car parking seemed a bit tight, which might be an issue if we have guests with caAshtekar Constructions has included a video door security system, which adds to the safety aspect.
