I chose a 2 BHK apartment, approximately 615 square feet, which offeenough space for my family. The area has good connectivity with roads like Mumbai-Agra road and Ozar-Nandur road. My only concern is that the surrounding area still has some construction dust, but that is expected in a developing locality. The fire safety measures are also in place, which is reassuring.
