The location is strategic, being close to Khanderao Mandir Ozar Bus Stop and Ozar-Nandur road. I bought a 1 BHK flat, about 311 Sq.ft carpet area. Madhav Buildspace is undertaking the construction, with completion slated for December 2029. Amenities like 24x7 water supply are essential for someone like me. I do feel the 1 BHK carpet area is a bit on the smaller side, but it’s manageable for my needs. Landscaping and tree planting will add a nice touch to the surroundings.

We opted for a larger 3 BHK configuration, around 575 Sq.ft carpet area.
