We also have Apollo Hospitals nearby, which gives us peace of mind. We bought a 2 BHK apartment and the carpet area is about 689 sq.ft, which is quite spacious for us. The developer, Kanaklaxmi Develope, has included essential amenities like street lighting and internal footpaths. The landscaping is also nice. The only minor issue is that during peak hou, the traffic on the Mumbai-Agra road can be a little slow, but it’s manageable since we are so close to everything. It’s a well-connected area.
