The location is fantastic for us, with Shining Star Academy and Apollo Hospitals literally next door. The 689 square feet 2 BHK villa provides enough space for our children. We really like the internal roads and footpaths, making it safe for kids to play outside within the complex. The 24X7 water supply is a big relief. The project also includes facilities like a sewage treatment plant and landscaping. The only minor drawback is that the traffic on the main roads can be quite heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times.
