The price was around 17.46 Lakh, which fit our budget perfectly. The location in Asha Nagar, Panchavati is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy on the main roads during peak houIt's nice that Rasbihari International School is right next door, which is great for future planning. The developer, Rajashree Develope, has provided basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and video door security. We haven't faced any major issues so far, but the community buildings are quite basic, nothing too fancy.
