    We recently moved into our 3 BHK apartment at Trine Holdings Pushpamangalam. Being close to Pathadipalam Metro Station, about a 6-minute drive, makes commuting to our IT jobs much easier. The apartment size is around 1900 Sq.ft, which feels quite luxurious for us. We love the gym and the steam room, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The landscaping is also very well done. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 75 Lakhs, but the quality and amenities made us go for it. The only downside is the parking space feels a little tight when we have guests over. Overall, it's a great place for young professionals.

    We were looking for a spacious 3 BHK near good schools and Trine Holdings Pushpamangalam seemed like a good fit. Cochin Public School is a short distance, which is a huge plus for us. The built-up area is quite large, around 1838 Sq.ft for the unit we looked at, giving us plenty of room. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great additions for the kids and for us to stay active. My only concern is the traffic on Seaport Airport Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, the location in Edappally is convenient for most things.
