    We moved into our 4.5 BHK villa at Noel Fragranz last month. The space is fantastic, with 3366 Sq.ft built-up area, perfect for our growing children. We chose this location in Edappally, Vidya Nagar Colony because of its proximity to St. Joseph's English Medium Higher Secondary School, which is just nearby, making school runs much easier. Being a ready-to-move villa starting at 2.51 Crore was a big factor for us. The gated community aspect and 24x7 security give us peace of mind. The children's play area is a big hit with the kids. One thing we've noticed is that the roads around the immediate neighborhood can get quite dusty, especially during dry weather, but it's manageable. Overall, we are happy with the decision.
