I recently purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Regal Valencia, specifically one of the 909 square feet units. Being ready to move in was a huge plus for me. I needed something close to my workplace and the proximity to Cochin Public School and Sunrise Hospital, both about 2 kilometeaway, is very convenient. The gated community aspect provides a good sense of security. However, I do wish the kitchen space was a little larger. The price point was manageable for me, around the 30 Lakh mark. The intercom system works well, and I feel safe here.

Relocating to Kochi for work at Sunrise Hospital made me search for a place nearby. Regal Valencia in Edappally seemed like a good option. I liked the 3 BHK configuration, offering 1242 square feet of built-up area. The project by Regal Realto& Projects Pvt. Ltd. Is established, having been completed in 2009. The rainwater harvesting system is a responsible feature. The biggest advantage is its location, being close to the hospital and Pathadipalam Metro. My only reservation is the noise from the main road, which can be noticeable at times. It's a solid investment for future value.

We have been living in Regal Valencia for about six months now. The 2 BHK apartment is quite spacious, around 820 square feet, which is comfortable for us. The location in Thrikkakara is good, very close to Pathadipalam Metro Station, just 2 kilometeaway, making commutes easy. We also appreciate the 24x7 security and the children's play area. The building is old, completed in 2009, so the common areas show some wear and tear. Also, the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit much sometimes. Overall, it's a decent place to live, not too expensive.

Being ready to move was essential as we didn't want to pay rent and EMI simultaneously. The developer, Regal Realto& Projects Pvt. Ltd., has been around for a while. The children's play area is a great space for our little one. The business suites are an interesting amenity, though we haven't used them. The main concern is that the area traffic can get quite heavy, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times for Cochin Public School nearby. Access roads could be wider.

The amenities like the multipurpose room and indoor games are great for weekend relaxation. My husband works in Kakkanad, and it's a convenient drive from here. The intelligent home access control is a nice modern touch. The only issue we've found is that parking can be a little tight during peak houwhen visitoarrive. But the security is very attentive. The landscape garden is well-maintained.
