I bought a 3 BHK villa here at Nucleus Riva Villas. It's a comfortable home and the size is good, around 1200 square feet. The area in Edappally is developing nicely. It is ready to move in, which was a big advantage. The price was within my budget, about 70 Lakhs. The gymnasium and swimming pool are nice facilities to have. My main issue is the lack of readily available information about OC received. While the project was completed in June 2012, clarity on this would be reassuring. The distance to the metro station is also a bit more than I'd prefer, over 2 kilomete

I purchased a 4 BHK villa, which is spacious at around 1600 square feet. Aster Medcity is about 6.3 kilometeaway, making my commute manageable. The gymnasium is a plus for staying fit. However, the pricing for the larger villas goes up to 1.1 Crore, which is on the higher side, and I hope the appreciation in this area justifies the cost. The internal roads within the community are decent.

We got a 3 BHK villa, which is perfect for us with some extra space for a home office. The built-up area is 1179 square feet. The price was around 65 Lakhs, which we felt was fair for a new villa in this locality. The landscaping and tree planting make the environment very pleasant. The only downside is that parking can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially if we have guests over.

My only small concern is the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houwhen trying to get out of the area.
