It is ready to move in, which was a big relief as I couldn't be there for the entire process. I liked that they have a swimming pool and a gym, which will keep them active. The security is 24x7, which gives me peace of mind. The price range of 38.72 Lakh to 55.44 Lakh seemed reasonable for the amenities provided. My only concern is the distance to St. Joseph's school, which is nearby, but they don't have kids going to school anymore so it is fine.
