We bought a 4 BHK apartment here, with a built-up area of 3375 Sq.ft. The project is ready to move, and we appreciated the IGBC Gold Pre-certified Eco Design. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are also very well done. Having a gymnasium and a swimming pool within the community is a bonus. The price range of 2.6 Cr to 5.76 Cr is significant, but we felt the amenities and location justified it. The 24/7 gated security with CCTV gives us peace of mind.

The mini theatre is a nice touch for downtime.
