The project offean incredible number of amenities – over 32 in the massive 50,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor games, and even a theatre. The panoramic views of the adjacent green space and the lakeside are a major attraction. It is also strategically located, with Raidurg Metro Station nearby and HITEC City IT Hubs at nearby. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by July 2028. My only reservation is the price point; it's quite a significant investment, and I hope the value truly reflects the cost by the time it's completed.

However, the project is still under construction and won't be ready until July 2028. We also noticed quite a bit of dust on site due to the ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit of a bother. We are hoping the quality of construction is good.
