I am looking at the 3 BHK apartments, which are between 900 and 1015 square feet, priced up to 1.12 Crore. The project includes essential amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool. While the construction is ongoing and expected to finish by December 2030, the developer's reputation is solid. My only reservation is the potential traffic congestion around the Pune-Solapur Highway area, especially during peak houOtherwise, the Vastu-compliant layouts and quality construction are definite plus points for a comfortable living experience.
