We finally moved into SVL Springview Elegance Block C a couple of weeks ago. The 1292 sq.ft 2 BHK felt quite spacious for us, especially the living area. Getting to Gachibowli for work is pretty straightforward now, only about a 20-minute drive which is great. The community hall is a nice touch, we plan to use it for a small get-together soon. Power backup is also a relief, considering the erratic supply sometimes. The price was within our initial budget. Parking is allocated which is good.
