My partner and I bought a 3 BHK in Surakshaa Millennium. The 1805 Sq.ft space is more than enough for us right now, and we love the layout. It’s located in Kondapur, which is a vibrant area, and very close to NH 65, making our drives to work simple. We were impressed with the earthquake-resistant structure and the 24x7 water supply. The price was a bit on the higher side, touching 99.28 Lakh for the larger unit, but we felt the location and amenities justified it. Surakshaa Homes delivered a good product here. The only minor issue is that the car parking can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.
