The developer, Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd, has included a modern eco-friendly architecture approach. The location near KIMS Hospitals Kondapur, nearby, is very convenient. However, the parking situation can be a little challenging if you have multiple vehicles. The price range of 1.52 Cr to 3.11 Cr is quite steep for the area, making it a significant investment. The construction is ready to move in, which is a plus.
