Connectivity is a strong point, being close to NH 65 and close to the Old Mumbai Highway. The developer, Soucha Infra, has included necessary infrastructure like a Sewage Treatment Plant and Water Conservation systems. My only reservation is the price point, which I felt was on the higher side, but the immediate availability and space did justify it to some extent for me.
