We were looking for a spacious home in Kochi and Sophia Amelia seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK villas are around 1600 to 1800 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. It's under construction right now, expected to finish by December 2026. The location in Edappally is convenient, close to the highway. We liked that it's Vastu compliant and has good landscaping planned. The price range of 1.1 Cr to 1.2 Cr fit our budget after we got our home loan approved. The developer, Sophia Builde, has a decent reputation. We are hoping the construction quality will be good. The nearby Guardian Angels school is a plus.

This is my fit time buying property and I chose Sophia Amelia. I booked a 3 BHK villa, which has a built-up area of 1576 square feet. The price was about 1.1 crore. It's still under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2026. I really liked the idea of having a compound wall for security and also the rainwater harvesting system. The location in Manjummel is quite accessible, with the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari Highway nearby. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on Mythri Road during peak houthough. Sophia Buildeseems to be on track with the construction progress so far.

We've booked a 3 BHK villa, around 1700 square feet, for about 1.15 crore. The project by Sophia Buildeis under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. The children's play area is a definite plus. Landscaping and tree planting sound nice for the kids to grow up around greenery. While the location is fantastic for schools, the price point is at the higher end of our budget. We are also hoping the construction quality is robust enough for a growing family.
