We got a 1 BHK flat, and the carpet area is about 4198 sq.ft. It’s ready to move in, so we could settle in quickly. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief, especially with kids. The closed car parking is also very convenient. The location in Satavwadi, Hadapsar is okay, though sometimes getting onto the Mumbai-Pune Expressway can be a bit of a crawl during peak times. Still, the school proximity is the main win.
