We recently purchased a 3 BHK in Skyline Orion I, approximately 1500 square feet. The location in Edappally is fantastic, with LuLu Mall just under a kilometer away for our weekend shopping. We also liked that Al-Ameen Public School is nearby, though that's not an immediate need for us. The apartment has good cross-ventilation. Skyline BuildeKochi delivered this project in 2008. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a big plus for us. The only concern we have is the slight noise from the main road, especially during peak hou, but once inside the apartment, it's manageable. The kids' play area is a nice touch for future planning.
