I was impressed by the health facilities mentioned, although I haven't used them much yet. The proximity to Palarivattom Metro Station, nearby, is excellent for getting around the city. The price was around 1.15 Crore, which is acceptable given the size and location. However, I find the noise from the nearby road a bit botheome, especially during the day. The only slight drawback is that the OC received status is not available, which made me a bit hesitant initially, but since it was completed in 2007, I hope it's not an issue. Connectivity to the main road could be better.
