Finally bought my fit apartment at Skyline Amity Park in Edappally. The location is great, super close to Campion School which is why we chose this place. It's a ready to move in property, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The 3 BHK we looked at had a builtup area around 1488 sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for a start. The price was around 78.86 Lakh, which was manageable for our budget. The community has a swimming pool and a children's play area, which we thought would be good for the future. Security seems decent with 24x7 guards. Overall, the process was smooth and the Skyline BuildeKochi team was helpful.

As a chartered accountant, I analyze investments carefully. Skyline Amity Park in Edappally presented an interesting opportunity, especially the 4 BHK units which are quite spacious at 3123 sq.ft. The price range goes up to 1.66 Crore for the larger configurations. It's a gated community with good amenities like a gymnasium and landscaping. The location is excellent, being only a minute away from Changampuzha Park Metro Station and also close to The Eye Foundation. However, one concern is the lack of readily available OC received information, which can be a bureaucratic hurdle. The construction dates back to January 2005, so verifying all documentation is key. Skyline BuildeKochi has a history, but due diligence is important.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental place and found Skyline Amity Park. We chose a 3 BHK, around 1800 sq.ft, which is much better than our current setup. Being teache, the proximity to Campion School, literally a minute away, was a huge factor. It's a ready to move property, so we could shift quickly. The price for our unit was about 90 Lakhs, which was within our budget after saving for a long time. The layout is quite practical. The only thing is that the parking space can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Other than that, we're happy with the swimming pool and the children's play area.

I purchased a 4 BHK apartment in Skyline Amity Park for my parents. They wanted to be in Edappally, close to everything. It's a very convenient location, just a minute from Changampuzha Park Metro Station, so they can easily travel. The 3123 sq.ft size for the 4 BHK is quite large, giving them plenty of space. While it was completed back in January 2005, the property seems well-maintained. My parents like the gymnasium and the landscaping. The only slight issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but inside the gated community, it's peaceful. Skyline BuildeKochi has a good reputation.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment here for investment purposes. Edappally is a developing area and Skyline Amity Park seemed like a good option. The size is about 2019 sq.ft for this configuration, which is decent. The price point, around 1.1 crore, felt reasonable given the location and amenities like the swimming pool and gym. It's a gated community with 24x7 security, which adds to the value. The construction was completed a while ago, January 2005, but the building looks solid. The nearby metro station is a big advantage. Getting OC certificate information was a bit difficult.
