We chose Shubh Residency because it's close to Podar International School Wakad, which is only about 1.86 kilometeaway. That makes the morning school run so much easier. The children's play area is also a good size and the kids love it. We got a 2 BHK flat with around 500 square feet carpet area, which feels comfortable for our small family. The swimming pool is a nice touch for weekends. Honestly, the traffic getting out of Wakad can be a bit much during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a decent place for families with young children.
