    My wife and I were looking for a ready-to-move property in Wakad and found Akruti Vishwa. We booked a 1 BHK with a carpet area of approximately 479 square feet. The price was reasonable considering the location and amenities. The proximity to Surya Mother And Child Super Speciality Hospital (0.59 KM) was a significant factor for us. The developer, Akruti Buildcon, seems to have focused on basic facilities like 24x7 water supply and fire fighting systems. However, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes. The landscaping and tree planting are nice touches though.

The location in Wakad is convenient for my husband's commute via the Mumbai Pune Expressway. The only concern is the parking space; it seems a bit tight, especially if you have more than one vehicle.     We finally moved into Akruti Vishwa last month. The 2 BHK flat is a decent size, around 530 square feet carpet area, which works well for us. It's great that Podar International School is just nearby, makes the morning drop-off so much easier. We also liked the jogging track within the complex for evening walks. The only slight issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but once you get inside the complex it's peaceful. Power backup is a relief too, especially with Pune's unpredictable power cuts. Overall, it feels like a good investment for our future.

While the carpet areas for the 2 BHK flats range from 530 to 537 square feet, the 1 BHKs are around 404 square feet, which might feel a bit small for some. The entrance lobby is also quite well-designed. This project by Akruti Buildcon seems like a solid choice.
