    I purchased a 4.5 BHK apartment in VJ Javdekar Nuova Centro. The built-up area is a massive 1710 square feet, perfect for my growing family. The budget for these larger units goes up to 2 Crores. It's ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after the purchase. The location in Shankar Kalat Nagar, Wakad, is excellent, with Jupiter Hospital practically next door and the proposed Hinjewadi Metro Station just over 2 kilometeaway. The swimming pool and clubhouse are great amenities. My only gripe is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which can be a bit irritating sometimes. Still, Vilas Javdekar Eco SheltePvt Ltd has delivered a quality product.

The children's play area is well-maintained and the kids love it. The price was around 1.1 Crore, which felt fair for the convenience. The Mandovi Bridge is also just 3 kilometeaway. The only slight issue is that the parking space allocated felt a little tight for our two SUVs. Otherwise, Vilas Javdekar Eco SheltePvt Ltd has done a good job.
