The flat size of 1518 square feet is ample for our family. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for us. The price was within our budget, around 1.15 Crore. We liked the children's play area and the gymnasium. The developer, Nirmiti Develope, seems to have a decent reputation. One small issue is the traffic around Wakad can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's common in Pune. Overall, a good choice for families.
