We chose Pristine Prolife II because of its proximity to Podar International School, which is right at nearby. That was a major deciding factor for us. The 3 BHK flat we got is spacious, around 999 square feet, giving the kids enough room to play. We also liked that Jupiter Hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The gated community aspect and 24x7 security were important for our family. The construction seems solid. We haven't faced any major issues since moving in. The price point was a bit high, around 1.05 Crore for the 3 BHK, but we felt the location and facilities justified it. The kids enjoy the kid's pool.

We finally moved into Pristine Prolife II a few weeks ago. The 665 square feet 2 BHK is a good size for us, not too big or too small. Being ready to move was a huge advantage since we didn't want to wait anymore. The location in Wakad is convenient for work, close to the Wakad to Pune Service Road. We liked the number of amenities available, especially the swimming pool and the gym. My husband uses the gym almost daily. The only issue we've noticed is that traffic can get a bit congested during peak hougetting out of Sant Tukaram Nagar, but that's typical for Pune. Overall, it's a decent place.

My primary reason for investing here was the location in Sant Tukaram Nagar, Wakad, which offegood connectivity to the Mumbai Pune Expressway and the Wakad to Pune Service Road. The project by Pristine Properties is well-equipped with amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and indoor games, which will be beneficial for future rental prospects. The built-up area is quite generous for the price. However, I did find the parking space to be a bit limited for larger vehicles, which could be a concern for some residents. The overall construction quality appearobust.

After yeaof renting, we finally bought our own home in Pristine Prolife II. We opted for a 2 BHK flat, around 750 square feet. The price was around 80 Lakh, which was manageable for us. The fact that it was ready to move in June 2012 meant we could shift immediately. The community hall and multipurpose room are nice facilities that we've started using. The location in Wakad is developing well. One slight drawback is the dust from nearby ongoing constructions, which can be a bit annoying sometimes, especially during the monsoon season. But the Pristine Properties team has been responsive to our queries. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us a sense of security.
