The proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway is a significant advantage for business travel. Marimagnum Constructions handed over the project in December 2014, so it has been established for a while. The amenities like the gymnasium and multipurpose room are good for residents. I am looking at the rental potential for this area in Hadapsar, Malwadi, given its connectivity. The built-up area of around 950-1000 square feet is standard for this configuration.

My only minor concern is the access road to the complex; it's a bit narrow and can get congested during school drop-off and pick-up times for The Lexicon School nearby. We had a slight concern about the Pune-Solapur Highway being close, as there can be some traffic noise during peak hou, but it's manageable. The apartment is vastu compliant, which was important to my wife. Marimagnum Constructions delivered a solid home.
