The 3 BHK flats are quite large, with the one we looked at being 1743 square feet, which gives our kids plenty of room to play indooHaving Arbor International School nearby was a major deciding factor for us. The project by Saishakti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Includes important amenities like a sewage treatment plant and 24x7 water supply, which are essential for family living. The price at 1.22 Crore was at the top of our budget, but the space and location justified it. The landscaping also adds a nice touch for weekend relaxation.
