It's quite close to the Pune-Solapur Highway, making commutes easier. I was also looking for a place near a good hospital, and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital Hadapsar being nearby was a major factor. The project has amenities like water conservation and rain water harvesting, which I appreciate. Parking is open car parking, which is fine for one vehicle. The only slight issue is the traffic congestion on Hadapsar Road during peak hou, but that's common in Pune.
