    We chose S & S N - Residency because of its location in Jagruti Layout, Kondapur. We needed a spacious home and the 3 BHK duplex with 2930 sq.ft built-up area fit our needs perfectly. The price was 1.03 Crore. My children's school is within a reasonable distance, making the commute easier. Having a hospital like KIMS nearby provides peace of mind. The main concern is the road leading to the property from the main Kondapur road; it is quite narrow and can be difficult to navigate with two-way traffic. Still, the ample living space and the fact that it is ready to move were major deciding factofor us.
