It’s ready to move, which suited our busy IT schedules perfectly. The location in Vennala is great, with The Eye Foundation a short distance – convenient for emergencies. They offer internet and Wi-Fi, which is a must-have for us. The flat layout is quite practical. One minor drawback is that construction dust from nearby sites can be an issue sometimes. But generally, it's a good place.

The price was in the upper range, around 85 Lakhs, but we felt the space was worth it. Having Campion School a short distance was a major deciding factor for us. The flat is ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly. The power backup is reliable, which is essential with young children. My only concern is the parking area feels a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle.

We bought a 3 BHK here in RJ Signature. The area in Edappally, Vennala is developing nicely and it’s pretty convenient. The flat size is about 1568 square feet, which is quite large for our family. We got it for around 80 Lakhs. It was ready to move in when we purchased it in July 2020. The internet connectivity is good, which is important for my work. Power backup is also a relief during monsoons. The only thing is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but that’s normal for Kochi.
