My partner and I were looking for a modern apartment in Nashik. We found Rajashree Oyster Phase II in Asha Nagar. We purchased a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 468 sq.ft for about 18.50 Lakh. It is ready to move and the price was quite reasonable for a new property. The Rajashree Developehave included solid waste management and landscaping, which we liked. The location is accessible via the Mumbai-Agra road. However, the parking situation is a bit cramped. They offer both open and closed car parking, but space is limited. We are still figuring out the parking logistics.

I considered a 2 BHK apartment, around 600 sq.ft carpet area, priced at approximately 23 Lakh. The project by Rajashree Developeis ready to move, which simplifies the relocation process. They have good features like water conservation and rainwater harvesting. The area has basic street lighting. My main concern is that the OC has not been received yet, which raises some questions about the building's compliance and potential future issues. It's a decent option but that OC is a definite drawback.

The price was within my budget, about 17.46 Lakh. It is ready to move which is great. The location in Asha Nagar, Panchavati is decent. I liked the landscaping. The only thing is the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow, which might be a small issue sometimes. Overall, I think it is a good start for me.

The location in Panchavati, Nashik is developing, and I expect good rental yields. The proximity to Ozar-Nandur road and Mumbai-Agra road is a plus. The community buildings and landscaping are decent. My only hesitation is the lack of OC received, which could impact the ease of future transactions. The project by Rajashree Developehas good amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire safety systems. The community buildings are a nice touch for families. My only worry is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, especially when going towards Apollo Hospitals which is nearby. Otherwise, it's a good choice for families.
