The amenities like closed car parking and landscaping are well-maintained. The nearby bus stop is also a plus for commuting. I think it is a good value for money in this area.

  We were looking for a more permanent home and found Purushottam Sunrise Apartment. We chose a 1 BHK, 430 square feet carpet area. It’s a significant upgrade from our rental. The project is ready to move, which meant we could shift immediately after purchase. The landscaping and tree planting are nice touches. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are also good features. My only minor concern is the distance to the school which is nearby.

It's ready to move which was perfect for us. The location is decent, close to the Mumbai-Agra road, making commutes easier. One small issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the amenities like 24x7 water supply are very convenient for a family.

Purushottam Naran Patel delivered this project by November 2022, and it's ready to occupy. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels quite green. The Ozar- Nandur road is nearby, which is useful. The only downside is that the parking space can feel a little cramped, especially the open parking spots.

However, sometimes there is a bit of dust from nearby construction, but it's manageable.
