The project is ready for occupancy, which suited our timeline perfectly. The earthquake-resistant structure and rain water harvesting system are thoughtful features provided by Prime Merdian Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The car parking is adequate. While the construction quality appeasolid, the surrounding area can get quite dusty due to ongoing developments nearby, which is something potential buyeshould be aware of.

The proximity to Edapally Metro Station, nearby, is a huge plus for our daily commute. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, around 1284 sq.ft, which felt spacious enough. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after a long day at work. My only slight worry is the traffic congestion around Lulu Mall during peak hou, which can be frustrating. But overall, the ready-to-move status and the developer Prime Merdian Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd’s reputation made us decide.
