Getting a place near CHIREC International School was our priority, and Prime Legend is right next door, which is amazing. We purchased a 3 BHK flat, which is quite spacious, ranging from 1713 to 2100 square feet. The location in Kondapur is also close to KIMS Hospitals. The amenities like the multipurpose room and indoor games are great for the kids. We paid about 1.5 Crores for our unit. The construction was completed in September 2013, and it feels solid. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes due to the proximity to the main road.
