The location in Kondapur is convenient for my commute, although traffic can be a bit much heading towards the highways. The cycling and jogging track is something I use almost every morning. The flat size around 1440 Sq.ft is spacious enough for me. The price point of 50.4 L for a 3 BHK felt justified given the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium. Rainwater harvesting is also a good feature for sustainability.

This is my fit flat purchase and I chose Primark Sai Krishna Residency in Raghavendra Nagar. I was looking for a 3 BHK and found one with a built-up area of 1535 Sq.ft. The price was around 53.73 L, which was manageable for me as a fit-time buyer. I liked that it's ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. The gymnasium and cycling track are nice amenities for staying active. The security is 24x7, which gives me peace of mind. The only small issue is that the narrow lane to reach the main road can be a bit inconvenient sometimes, especially with more traffic.
