I recently purchased a 2 BHK flat in Pride Classic, located in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The size is around 880 square feet, which is a practical size for a small family. I chose this project because it was ready to move and Pride Constructions has a decent reputation. The price of approximately 60 Lakh was acceptable for my budget. Being close to Miyapur Metro Station, nearby, makes commuting easier. The amenities like 100% power backup and 24x7 water supply are crucial, especially for someone with a regular job. The project also has rainwater harvesting, which is good for the environment. The only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy.

I also liked that it has 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a sewage treatment plant. The price range of 52.32 Lakh to 67.44 Lakh was within my budget for this area. My parents are happy with the apartment and the amenities like the lift and closed car parking. The only minor issue they mentioned is the water pressure can be a bit low sometimes, but otherwise, they are comfortable.

The project offegood amenities like a children's play area and 100% power backup. The only drawback we noticed is that the parking space can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, we are happy with our decision.

The location in Kondapur is quite convenient, close to Gachibowli and not too far from National Highway 65, which is helpful for occasional travel. Our 2 BHK flat is 872 square feet, which feels spacious enough for just the two of us. The 24/7 water supply and power backup are essential, and thankfully they work reliably. The children's play area is a nice touch, though we don't use it much anymore. The construction quality seems solid. My only small complaint is that the road leading to the complex can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to settle down.
