The developer, Om Sai Develope, has delivered a ready-to-move-in project. Key amenities like gated community and sewage treatment plant are in place. The proximity to the sp ring road at 130 meteis a logistical advantage. My only reservation is the lack of OC received information, which is usually important for resale value. However, the price point and the available carpet area make it a decent buy. The 24x7 water supply is a functional positive.
