We decided on Nucleus Rhyme because of its proximity to Aster Medcity and Pathadipalam Metro Station, making our commutes much easier. We got a 1045 square feet 2 BHK flat for about 49.37 Lakh. It's ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The children's play area is great for when our niece visits. We like the landscaping, it makes the complex feel pleasant. The only minor issue is that the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's typical for Kochi. Nucleus Premium Properties Pvt Ltd seems to have maintained the property well since its completion in 2011. The gym is a good addition for us.
