Finally moving out of our rental place into our own home! We chose Noel Ecotat because it’s ready to move and felt like a good upgrade. Our 3 BHK flat is quite large, over 2500 Sq.ft, so we have plenty of space. It’s great that both The Backyard Academy and Sunrise Hospital Kochi are right next door, practically nearby. The idea of having a swimming pool and gym was very appealing too. The price felt a bit steep, starting from 98.81 Lakh, but we managed with our savings. The main issue we noticed during our visit was the dust on the roads leading to the main entrance, which can be a bit unpleasant. However, the landscaping inside the complex looks nice. We are hopeful this will be a comfortable home.
