I recently moved into a 2.5 BHK apartment at MPS Argento, located directly adjacent to Lulu Mall in Kochi. The size is about 1174 Sq.ft, which is perfect for me – not too big, not too small. Being so close to the mall is incredibly convenient for shopping and dining out after work. The Edapally Metro Station is also just a short distance away, making my commute easier. MPS India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Ltd Ltd has provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and a gymnasium, which I use regularly. The price was acceptable, falling in the mid-range of their offerings. My only real complaint is the parking; it can be a bit tight sometimes, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

The project is ready to move in, which suited our timeline perfectly. The amenities like the children's play area are great for the kids. The price for a 3 BHK, starting from around 60 Lakhs, was a bit high, but the location and school proximity justified it for us. Power backup is a definite plus.

It's also close to the Edapally Metro Station, making travel convenient. The price of 47.39 Lakh for this size and location felt reasonable for a fit-time buyer like me. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus. They have basic amenities like lifts and power backup. My main concern is that the construction quality seems okay, but I wish there was more information available on the OC received.
